Ministerial Appointments Committee

According to the Book of Discipline (5220) the MAC shall committee shall appoint pastors for an indefinite tenure and shall monitor progress and make changes at each annual conference when deemed necessary (D); and shall offer pastors an opportunity to express themselves and give pastors an opportunity every three years to participate in a ministry effectiveness evaluation (E).
